Francis Sharlene Blevins

Francis Sharlene (Donaldson) Blevins, age 73, of Mt. Vernon, Tx., passed away peacefully on May 12, 2023, after a long illness. She was born January 13,1950 in Sulphur Springs, Tx. to Zack & Helen Waldrep Donaldson.

Sharlene made her home in Kilgore, Texas and was the creator & owner of B&S Transport Company where she delivered hot shot loads to oil rigs throughout the United States.

She loved horses her entire life and was a women’s champion barrel racer. Sharlene eventually turned her passion into her own horse ranch, “Top Liner Arena”. She loved her country roots & country songs.

Sharlene is survived by her daughter Brandy Glovier & husband Bobby, Scottsville, KY.; one brother, Dan Donaldson & wife Minah, Palmer, AK.; one sister, Sharon Lobel, Zephyr Cove, NV.

Grandchildren: Alex Bison, Connor Glovier, Chance Glovier & Brittany Ward.

She has 5 great grandchildren and several nieces & nephews and great nieces & nephews.

Sharlene is preceded in death by her parents Zack & Helen Donaldson, and brothers David Donaldson & Darrell Donaldson.

Family & friends are invited to attend graveside services in Lee Cemetery on May 28th, at 2:00 PM, in Winnsboro, Tx.
