"Beulah land, I'm longing for you, and some sweet day on thee I'll stand, where my home shall be eternal; no sad goodbyes will there be spoken for time won't matter anymore."
Frank went to be with Jesus to his own Beulah land at 4am August 13, 2026. Having been sick the past few years, he was ready to go to his final home.
As a young man, he learned the trade of being an auto mechanic and worked in that field for thirty plus years in Garland. For many of those years, he had his own business, Noska's Automotive. His honest reputation was known throughout Garland and the surrounding communities.
Frank moved to Winnsboro in 1994 and loved living in the country. A lot of his time was spent buying and selling. His motto, If I don't have it, I can find it. And that he did, going to countless swap meets in Texas, making numerous friends as he accumulated was too many treasures. His wife will tell you, his shop is a man's haven and a woman's nightmare.
Frank is survived by his wife Ann, children Frank Noska IV and wife Millie; Grethcen Reck and husband Brian, Marsha Farah, Mike Starks and wife Lara; seven grandchildren plus 1, already with Jesus in heaven; three brothers and their wives, numerous cousins and friends. Frank is free from pain, rejoicing with Jesus in sweet Beulah Land.
