Frank E. Westerman

Mr. Frank E. Westerman, Jr., age 54 of Winnsboro, passed away on Saturday, May 2, 2009. He was born on May 18, 1954 in Tulsa to Frank, Sr. and the late Juanita Howell Westerman. He was a graduate of McAllen High School Class of '72, a veteran of the U.S. Navy, a retired restaurant manager, and a member of the FUMC of Winnsboro. He was preceded in death by his mother in 2007, and sister Lynn Joyner in 2002. He is survived by his father, Frank E. Westerman, Sr. of Scroggins; brother, Brett Westerman and wife Judy of Mt. Vernon; sister, Teresa Westerman of Winnsboro.
