Franklin Horne

Mr. Franklin Hamilton Horne, age 89, of Hawkins, Texas, died Thursday, March 8, 2007, at Hospice Homeplace in Tyler, Texas. He was born April 23, 1917 in Italy, Texas to the late Hollis Horne and the late Allie (Sims) Horne. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Hawkins and the Brookhaven Lot Owners Association. Mr. Horne loved to fish, play Dominoes and sports of all kinds.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Lula Dee Horne in December of 2005.

He is survived by his two daughters, Suzan Dee Whitter of Plano, Texas and Sandra Fox of Horseshoe Bay, Texas.; two grandchildren, Jenny Fox and Jeff Fox.
