Freddy Harold Watkins

Mr. Freddy Harold Watkins, age 74, of Winnsboro, passed away suddenly on November 26, 2014. Freddy was born in Borger on April 12, 1940 to the late Emmitt and Mary Elizabeth Huey Watkins. He worked as a Home Builder until retirement, when he became a rancher, and did so until the day he passed away. He was a member of Lake Fork Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Jason Watkins; sister, Ann Lee Roberts; two brothers, Emmitt Watkins and Richard Watkins; and wife, Donna Watkins. He is survived by his current wife, Mary Conner Watkins of Winnsboro; sons, Freddy H. Watkins, Jr and wife Angie of Saginaw, Michael Watkins of Midland; daughters, Kim Kirk of Philomath, OR., Lisa Fillip and husband Joey of Seabrook, TX.; sisters, Carolyn Faulkner and husband Gerald of Barnett, TX., Shirley Winters of Dennison, Alma Watkins of Dennison, June Spangler of Pampa; eight grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
