Gale James Randall

Gale James "Jim" Randall, age 71, died Wednesday, April 13, 2011 in Quitman, Texas. He was born on Saturday, December 30, 1939 in Garber, Oklahoma to James and Irene Randall. He was a member of First Assembly of God Church in Mineola, Texas and a retired printing press mechanic. Despite health problems of the last few years, he was never without a smile and a funny story. He always seemed genuinely happy to see you. He was an upstanding man, a good husband, a caring father, a great friend and above all a Christian. Our loss is Heaven's gain.

He is preceded in death by his father James Randall.

He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Florence Randall of Mineola; a son, Jim Randall of Bartonville, Texas; his mother, Irene Keller of Cushing, Oklahoma; a brother, Chuck Keller of Corpus Christi, Texas; a sister, Sue Cargill of Cushing, Oklahoma; and one grandchild, Jaidyn Randall.

A memorial service for Mr. Randall is scheduled for Saturday, April 16, 2011 at 11:00 AM at First Assembly of God Church in Mineola.
