Gary Edward Elliott

Mr. Gary Edward Elliott, age 75 of Winnsboro, passed away on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at his home in Winnsboro with his family who loved him at his side. He was born on April 19, 1946 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Robert Edward Elliott and Mary Gwendolyn Elliott.

Gary proudly served as a Gunnery Sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corp and was a retired Communications Engineer, a private pilot and Flight Instructor. He and his wife Linda enjoyed NASCAR and Air Racing. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Donita Elliott and Janet Duhon.

He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Linda Elliott of Winnsboro; son, Robert Elliott and wife Krystel of Quitman; daughters, Jennifer Elliott of Commerce and Connie Troesh of Riverside, California; sisters, Susan Waymire of Seymore, Tennessee and Nancy Roybal of Casa Grande, Arizona; five grandchildren, Kiersten, Caitlyn, Wyatt, Abigail and Jacob.

Graveside Services will be held on Friday, November 5, 2021 at Lee Cemetery Highway 37 S. Winnsboro, TX at 2:00 pm.
