Georganna Belle Castaneda

Georganna Belle Castaneda, 21, of Winnsboro, passed away on December 7, 2019. Ms. Castaneda was born on August 2, 1998 in Kaufman, Texas. Georganna was a 2016 graduate of Winnsboro High School, a member of the First United Methodist Church in Winnsboro and Honorably discharged as a Private First Class in the U.S. Army. She is survived by her father and step-mother Antonio Castaneda and Yesenia Diaz Casteneda; mother and step-father Cynthia and John Womack, brothers Steven Ragsdale and his wife Lauren, Antonio Castaneda, Gael Castaneda and Chris Womack; sisters Irania De la Cruz, Janet Castaneda, Emilye Castaneda and Trinidad Casteneda; uncle Gary Alvis, and a number of other family. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 11th at Beaty Funeral Home from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. The funeral to celebrate her life will be on Thursday, December 12th in the chapel of Beaty Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. Interment with military honors will follow at Lee Cemetery.
