Mr. George Washington Fulmer, Jr, age 68 of Winnsboro, passed away on Thursday, November 9, 2023 in Tyler. He was born on July 25, 1955 in Winnsboro,Texas to the late George Fulmer, Sr. and Mary Holmes Fulmer.

George was preceded in death by his parents, brother, David Fulmer and sister, Mary Fulmer.

Survivors include his sisters; Margie Overstreet of Pittsburg, Sandra Duncan of Pittsburg, Dicie Sisk of Winnsboro, Wanda Sechrist of Winnsboro, and Vickie Wallis of Winnsboro; brothers, Donald Fulmer of Winnsboro, Ray Fulmer of Winnsboro, Jerry Fulmer of Arlington, and Tommy Fulmer of Winnsboro.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Beaty Funeral Home 816 W. Broadway Winnsboro, TX. Graveside Services will follow at 2:00 pm at Willard Cemetery CR 4412 Winnsboro, TX with Bro. Kenneth Ballard conducting,. Serving as pallbearers will be James Sisk, Brandon Sisk, Gary Fulmer, Ray Harris, Billy Willeford, Charles Bertholomey
