Gerald Lee Privette

Mr. Gerald Lee Privette, age 72 of Winnsboro, passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2015 in Winnsboro. Gerald was born on August 21, 1942 in Oklahoma City, OK., to the late Andrew Eugene and Gladys Yates Privette. He was retired from Enbridge, where he was a gas plant operator at the plant in Pittsburg. He was a member and President of the Men's Group at Tinney's Chapel United Methodist Church outside Winnsboro. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a daughter, Jennifer LaVon Privette. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Mrs. Joy (Harris) Privette of Winnsboro; sons, Gerry Privette of Winnsboro, Michael Privette and wife Carrie of Winnsboro; brother, Harley Privette and wife Rosalie of Jacksonville, FL.; sisters, Carolyn Jacks of Guthrie, OK., Meda Ann Beall and husband Steve of Choctaw, OK.; and three grandchildren, Nelson, Leighton and Gracie Privette.
