Gertrude Ragan

Mrs. Gertrude Ragan passed away on Friday, October 24, 2014, at the age of 90. She was born on February 29, 1924, to the late Ollie Albert Hart and Velma Jane Maddox Hart. Mrs. Ragan was a homemaker and a member of the Cornerstone Church in Mt. Vernon, TX. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 65 years, Charley B. Ragan on May 7, 2008; son-in-law Paul Lee Richmond; three sisters and one brother. Survivors include her daughter, Patsey Ann Richmond of Lufkin; son and daughter-in-law, Rufford Ray and Sandy Ragan of Lipan; grandchildren, Randy Wayne and wife Kate Richmond, Kathy Luree and husband Kenneth Burch, Jennifer Renee and husband Michael Stephens and Jason Ray Ragan; nine great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
