Gregory Newell Lohr

Mr. Gregory Newell Lohr, age 82 of Scroggins, Texas passed away on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 in Sulphur Springs. He was born on January 29, 1941 in Neodesha, Kansas to the late David Newell Lohr and Dorothy Jean Lohr.

Greg was a retired Accountant and served in The U.S. Air Force during Vietnam.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Steve Lohr, Sister Nova Ecton

and one daughter, Ivy Alverez.

Survivors include his loving wife, Janet Lohr of Scroggins; daughter, Ginny Easthouse and husband, Jerome of Lindale; sister, Lanah Downing of Olatha, Kansas; five grandchildren, Bailey Siegler, Lilah Easthouse, Madden Easthouse, and Leighton Easthouse; along with two great grandchildren, Hazel and Heidi Siegler.

A family memorial service will be held at a later date.
