Helen Jean Durham

Helen Jean Durham, age 86, died Thursday, May 24, 2012 in Mineola, Texas. She was born on Friday, October 30, 1925 in Collin County, Texas to the late Vester and Lessie Barnett. She was a former resident of Plano, Texas for 57 years and a recent resident of Mineola for 9 years.

She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Jack Durham; a son, Larry Durham and wife Helen of Plano; a daughter, Linda Rauscher and husband David of Mineola; five grandsons; six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held for Mrs. Durham at 2:00 PM on Sunday, May 27, 2012 at Beaty Funeral Home in Mineola with Bro. Demethrius Boyd officiating.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Salvation Army.
