Horace Joe Cofer

Mr. Horace Joe Cofer, age 66 of Winnsboro, passed away on September 23, 2010. He was born on January 9, 1944 in Wood County to the late Ed and Annie Mae Weems Cofer. He was a security guard for Citadel Security for over 15 years. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Q.B. and Robert Earl Cofer; one sister, Willie Mae Hornbuckle. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Cofer of Winnsboro; nephew, Mike Hornbuckle of Winnsboro; nieces, Margie Bright and husband Bob, Debbie Grubbs and husband Johnny; five great and thirteen great-great nieces and nephews.
