Howard Eugene Winchester, age 69 of DeKalb, passed away on Friday, August 17, 2012 in DeKalb. He was born on July 29, 1943 in Wood County to the late Thomas Howard and Dora May Hilburn Winchester. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters. He is survived by a son, Clay Winchester of Garland; daughter, Darla Ross of DeKalb; brother, Ricky Winchester of Tyler; sister, Bobby Redding of Texarkana; two grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
