Mrs. Ida Phene Cobel passed away on Thursday, October 17, 2013 at the age of 91. She was born on April 16, 1922 to the late Silas and Annie Pugh. Mrs. Cobel was a homemaker and a member of the Bible Baptist Church in Winnsboro. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Wilburn Dean Cobel; sisters, Daisy Wertz, Louise Scott and Dorothy Ortiz; brothers, James Pugh and David Pugh. Survivors include her son, Larry Cobel and brothers, Hugh Pugh and Elmer Pugh.
