Ida May Mccoy

Ida May McCoy, age 78, died Monday, December 19, 2011 in Tyler, Texas. She was born on Friday, November 24, 1933 in Paducah, Texas to the late James and Carrie Dillard. She was a member of Sand Springs Baptist Church and the founder of Caring Hearts.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Troy Hudson; two brothers, Jack and Bobby Dillard; a sister Ann White; and a grandson, Vincent Holdren.

She is survived by her husband, Robert McCoy; two daughters, Angela and husband Royce and Tina and husband Jay; a son, Timothy and wife Debra; three sisters, Nadine, Peggy and Jodi; five grandchildren, Danny Mike, Geary, Josh, Timothy, and April and husband Paul; and thirteen great-grandchildren, Kalie, Kevin, Kendra, Kaleb, Jonah, Titus, Hanna, Noah, Benjamin, Emma, Anise, Ryan and Timothy.

Visitation for Mrs. McCoy will be held at Beaty Funeral Home in Mineola, Texas on Wednesday, December 21, 2011 from 6 - 8 PM.

Funeral services will be held at Sand Springs Baptist Church in Mineola on Thursday, December 22, 2011 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Jim Parker officiating.
