Imogene Boyd

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Imogene Boyd, who departed this life on November 5, 2026, at the age of 95. Imogene was born on September 23, 1931, in Franklin County, Texas. She spent her life as a devoted homemaker, lovingly supporting her beloved husband, the late Jack Boyd, in his ministry, embodying the grace and compassion of a pastor's wife.

Imogene was a skilled seamstress and cherished her time spent with family, including her daughter and son-in-law, Jackie and Donnie Barrett, daughter and son-in-law, Judy and John Soules, son and daughter-in-law, Stephen and Melony Boyd, and son David Boyd. She was a proud grandmother of 10 and a great-grandmother of 20, each of whom held a special place in her heart.

A private graveside service to honor her life will be held on November 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Liberty Cemetery, located on FM 900, Winnsboro, Texas 75494.
Imogene Boyd will be laid to rest, leaving behind a legacy of love that will continue to inspire and uplift us all.

Imogene was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Dean Boyd, parents, William Franklin Hargis and Francis Jacobs Hargis, and daughter and son-in-law, Martha and Michael White.
