With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Isaiah Zayne Owens Jackson, who left this world far too soon on February 10, 2025, at the age of 17. Born on September 13, 2007, in Athens, Texas, Isaiah grew up in and around Winnsboro, Texas, where he was surrounded by the love of his family and friends.
Isaiah was known for his generous and kind heart. He was the right-hand man to his Grandpa Bobby, always eager to lend a hand with any task, big or small. His passion for antique cars, basketball, and lifting weights at the gym reflected his determined spirit and dedication. Whether he was fine-tuning a chainsaw engine, playing basketball with his cousins, or trying to convince his mother to spot him at the gym, Isaiah lived with enthusiasm and determination.
He is survived by his loving mother, Michelle Jackson; his brother, Johnny Owens; his grandparents, Bobby and Karla Jackson; and his great-grandparents, Jimmie and Imogene Davis. He will also be deeply missed by his aunts and uncles, William and Rachel Jackson and Matt and Stephanie Jackson; his great-aunts and uncle, Billie Jackson and Betty and Steve VanDusen; and his cousins, Brody, Landon, and Easton. Also left to cherish Isaiah’s memory is his biological mother, Tiffany Walker, and numerous other family and friends.
Isaiah is reunited in heaven with his great-grandparents, Bill and Lila Jackson, Uncle Timothy Jackson, great-uncle Jimmy Ray Davis, and beloved dog, Raider, who predeceased him.
Isaiah’s bright spirit, unwavering kindness, and love for his family will never be forgotten. His legacy lives on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made at the funeral home to help the family offset the expenses or to the Child Advocacy Center in Winnsboro.
