Iva Charlene Miears

Iva Charlene Miears, age 72, of Como, passed away Sunday, November 30, 2008 at her home. She was born in Munday, Texas on October 25, 1936 to the late Matt and Katherine Jacobs Spruille. She was a retired cook and a baptist. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Burl Miears; daughters, Dina Miears, Judy Miears; sister, Bob Leverton; brothers, Milton and Tommy Spruille. She is survived by two sons, Darren Miears of Como, Mike and Stacy Miears of Winnsboro; three daughters, Melinda and husband Kenny Johnson of Winnsboro, Regina and Chasity Miears of Como; one brother, Roy and wife Lilly May Spruille of Walking, La.; two sisters, Pauline Turner of Rome, Tx., Virgie Bruce of California; eleven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
