Jack was retired from Mobil Oil and a member of First Baptist Church in Mineola. He was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, George Ann Hensley in 2007. He served in the US Air Force and was a Korean War Veteran. He served his Lord faithfully for many years as an adult Sunday School Teacher, Deacon and in many key church leadership positions. He was deeply loved as a faithful, gracious and generous husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather who was fondly known as "the Godfather": the patriarch of the Hensley family.
He will leave a great void in the hearts of his loved ones, but is now rejoicing in the presence of his Savior and all his loved ones in heaven.
