Jackie Marie Coffman

Jackie Marie Coffman, age 72, of Winnsboro, Texas, passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, surrounded by her mother and three daughters, after a long and courageous battle with brain, lung, and bone cancer. Born in Dallas, Texas, Jackie graduated from Arlington High School and went on to earn an Associate's Degree in Accounting from Howard Junior College and Midland Community College.

Jackie was a devoted member of Clearwater Baptist Church and a loving, faithful servant of God. Her passion for her family, her faith, and her piano playing knew no bounds. She often expressed her desire for everyone to know Jesus, so that they could all be together in Heaven. Her love and dedication to her family were paramount in her life.

Jackie was preceded in death by her father, Jack McCown; her brother, Tim McCown; her husband, Clifton Coffman; and her dear friend, Jerry Lominack.

She is survived by her mother, Anne Marie McCown of Winnsboro, Texas; her sister, Angela McCraw; her daughters and sons-in-law, Stephanie and Shawn Cooley of Big Spring, Texas, Tammy and Todd Smith of Big Spring, Texas, and Stacy Coffman of Big Spring, Texas; five grandchildren, including Brooklyn Riddell and Cody Henry of Ava, Missouri, Copeland and McKinna Riddell of Big Spring, Texas, Blaise Coffman of Big Spring, Texas, Tyler Westbrook of Lubbock, Texas, and Lainey Smith of Big Spring, Texas; and three great-grandchildren, Huntyr and Whitley Henry of Ava, Missouri, and Bowen Riddell of Big Spring, Texas. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Jackie enjoyed a variety of hobbies, including puzzles, playing games on her iPad, arts and crafts, sewing, writing songs and poetry, and above all, playing the piano.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

A memorial service will be held at Clearwater Baptist Church at 2:00 PM on Saturday, February 15, 2025
