James Welton Baxter

Mr. James Welton Baxter passed away on Friday, February 23, 2007 at the age of 89. He was born on June 2, 1917 and served in the U.S. Army during WWII. Mr. Baxter was a member of the Winnsboro Church of Christ and worked as a plant operator for the Getty Oil Company. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Ruth Minshew Baxter. Survivors include his brother-in-law, Glynn Minshew and numerous nieces and nephews.
