James Thomas Dwight Defur

Mr. Defur died Sept. 7, 2009, in Quitman. He was born Feb. 12, 1955, in Dallas to the late Tommy Lee and Judith Ann Speer. He is preceded in death by his loving parents; wife, Marianna Cowart Defur; and several brothers and sisters.
Survivors include his sons, Chris and John Defur; daughters, Veronica Hullett, Tabatha Gargus and Serena Mills; brothers, Greg and Mark Speer; and nine grandchildren.
