Mr. James Winifred Dugan, age 89 of Grand Saline, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 7, 2023 in Grand Saline. He was born on May 18, 1934 in Haskell, Texas to the late Jessie Winifred Dugan and Ethel Lee Burns Dugan.
James was retired from Halliburton Oil and Gas Company and an avid Texas Rangers baseball fan.
Survivors include his companion, Penny Allen; son, James Wesley Dugan and Rick Allen; daughters, Elizabeth Sue Lewis, Rebecca Lynn Csolak, and Diana Doggett; eleven grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at Cedars Memorial Gardens Cemetery Hwy 69 South Mineola, TX at 1:00 pm with Chaplain Brian Grant conducting, Serving as pallbearers will be Wesley Dugan, Steven Csolak, Mike Csolak, and Landen Espinoza. The family will meet at Beaty Funeral Home in Mineola at 1:00 pm for a slide show and bible reading and then go in procession to the cemetery.
