He is preceded in death by one brother. He is survived by his wife, Deborah Duke of Mt. Vernon; mother, Carol Filip; sons, David Duke and wife Kelly of Houston, Doug Duke and wife Michelle of Copperas Cove; daughter, Shelby Lynn Soto and husband Brandon of Scroggins; sisters, Sharon, Tracy and Michelle; four grandchildren, Dakota Lynn Soto, Avery Kate Chapman, Dylan Parker McNeal, and Tori Kay McNeal.
