James Mitchel Duke

Mr. James Mitchel Duke, age 51 of Mt. Vernon, passed away on Tuesday, August 26, 2014 in Tyler. James was born in Victoria, Texas on September 21, 1962. He worked as an installation technician. He is preceded in death by one brother. He is survived by his wife, Deborah Duke of Mt. Vernon; mother, Carol Filip; sons, David Duke and wife Kelly of Houston, Doug Duke and wife Michelle of Copperas Cove; daughter, Shelby Lynn Soto and husband Brandon of Scroggins; sisters, Sharon, Tracy and Michelle; four grandchildren, Dakota Lynn Soto, Avery Kate Chapman, Dylan Parker McNeal, and Tori Kay McNeal.
