James Monroe Garner, age 81 of Dallas, passed away on Friday, August 17, 2012 in Dallas. He was born on February 7, 1931 in Webb, Mississippi to the late Ben and Mary Garner. He was retired from Sheed Foods, and a veteran of the United States Air Force. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, and four brothers. He is survived by his loving wife, Marlene Garner of Dallas; sons, Tommy Vaughan of Wylie, Jerry Stutts of Aubrey; a sister, Kitty Elliot of Oklahoma; seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
