James Dorsey Mckenzie

Mr. James D. McKenzie, of Quitman, died Saturday, November 2, 2013 in Tyler at the age of 81. He was born January 18, 1932 in Alba, Texas to the late James and Flosie Evans McKenzie. He as also preceded in death by his stepmother, Mildred Evans McKenzie and by one daughter, Rosemary Sullivan McKenzie.

Mr. McKenzie was a retired Petroleum Engineer and a member of the Lake Fork Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, of 51 years, Wilda Gilbreath McKenzie of Quitman, Sons, Matt McKenzie of Quitman and his wife Sherry and Rodney Sullivan McKenzie of Quitman and two granddaughters, Macy Lasater and Marley Lasater.
