Mr. Novell was born on August. 9, 1971 in Califirnia. He died January 22, 2021 in Wood County. He is survived by his wife, Kara Novell; and immediate family members, Blakley Novell, Nathaniel Smith and Brett Smith along with a host of other family and friends.
