James Carroll (JC) Rhoades It is with great sadness that the family of JAMES CARROLL “JC” RHOADES announces his passing on Sunday, December 27, 2020 at the age of 89 years. JC will be lovingly remembered by his daughter Debbie (and Kim) Jones, his son Gary (and Lawana) Rhoades, and his sister Norma (and Gordon) Wilkinson. He will also be fondly remembered by his niece Andrea, nephews David and Michael, his other nieces and nephews, and his entire extended family. JC was preceded in death by his first wife Margaret Rhoades, by his brother RE “Dusty” Rhoades, and by his sisters Joan Mellenberger and Avis Faye Bellomy. A Funeral Service in memory of JC will be held graveside on Saturday, January 2, 2021 at 3pm at the Good Hope Cemetery, Franklin County Rd SE 4315, 8 miles northeast of Winnsboro. The family requests that guests wear face masks and respect social distancing rules. We hope you understand our concern.
