Jerome Stephen Najvar

Jerome Stephen Najvar, age 65, of Big Sandy, Texas, passed away Monday, December 31, 2007, at M.D. Anderson in Houston, Texas. He was the son of the late Thomas Najvar and the late Annie (Zapalac) Najvar.

He was a retired Supervisor for Exxon Pipeline. He is preceded in death by daughter, Monica Anne Najver. He is survived by his wife Mary (McFadyen) Najvar of Big Sandy; two daughters, Mary Therrsa Slaten and husband Neal of Nachadoches and Catherine Mary Najvar of Houston; six sons,

Kenneth Joseph Najvar and wife Jetta of Tomball, Stephen Paul Najvar and wife Janet of Spring, David John Najvar and wife Bekka of College Station, Gerald Martin Najvar and wife Rhonda of Douglass, Mark Jerome Najvar of Houston and Andrew Najvar of Rhonesboro; two sisters, Betty Richter of San Antonio and Frances Spring of Moulton; three brothers, Ivan Najvar of Victoria, Tommy Najvar of Falls City and Bill Najvar of Kingsville and twenty grandchildren.
