Jessie Marie Henry

Mrs. Jessie Marie Henry, age 93, of Winnsboro, passed away on Friday, December 25, 2015 in Winnsboro. Jessie was born in Clarksville to the late Jesse James Emery and Bonnie Boyd Jones Emery. She was a retired 2nd grade teacher, having worked in the Dallas and Winnsboro School Districts; she was also a member of the First Baptist Church of Winnsboro. Jessie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Travis Smith Henry; infant daughter, Betty Sue Henry; sister, Jo Benningfield. She is survived by her son, James Travis Henry and wife Ping of Dallas; daughter, Bonnie Redfearn and husband Keith of Pittsburg; four grandchildren, Justin Chicol, Kristen Chicol, Matthew Henry, and David Henry. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at Beaty Funeral Home-Winnsboro from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at Grove Hill Cemetery in Dallas, at 1:00 PM, Dr. David Rose officiating.
