Jewel Graham

Graveside services for Mrs. Jewel Pauline Graham, 83, Tyler, formerly of Hawkins, are scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 23, 2010, at New Hope Cemetery near Mineola.

Burial will be in New Hope Cemetery under direction of Beaty Funeral Home, Mineola.

Mrs. Graham died Jan. 19, 2010, in Tyler. She was born Nov. 1, 1926, in Burnsville, Miss., and lived in the Hawkins area for many years before moving to Tyler. She was a housewife, worked at Bluebonnet Laundry in Mineola for several years and was a member of Smith Chapel United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jessie Lee Osborn and Lettie Ann Sandlan Osborn, and husband, Robert L. Graham.

Survivors include sons, Robert Graham and Jesse Graham, both of Hawkins; daughters, Sylvia Little, Tyler, and Linda Sykes, Hawkins; sisters, Thelma Belcher, Alba, Idell Lambert and Jean Davis, both of Burnsville, Miss.; 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Beaty Funeral Home in Mineola.
