Jewell K. Rogers, 86 of Winnsboro, Texas died on Sunday, October 4, 2009. Born Saturday, December 23, 1922, she was the daughter of the late John Hodder and the late Mae Bell Hodder. She was the wife of the late Eugene Rogers.
She was a homemaker and member of Pineview Baptist Church.
Surviving are son, Robert Rogers and wife Elena of Fort Worth, TX, sister, Laura Mae Norris of Louisiana. She was preceded in death by sons, John Rogers and Bill Rogers, and sister, Mary Wakefield. A graveside service will be at 2:00 PM on Wednesday at Rock Hill Cemetery with the Bro. Ronny Spence officiating. Interment will be in Rock Hill Cemetery, Wood County, TX.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until service time. on Wednesday, October 7, 2009, at Beaty Funeral Home , 816 W. Broadway, Winnsboro, Texas.
