Joan Measures

Mrs. Joan Measures, age 70 of Winnsboro, passed away on Monday, October 29, 2012 in Tyler. She was born on March 10, 1942 in Jacksonville, Texas. She was a homemaker and member of Walnut Street Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her mother, Reba Trotter Ferguson; brother, Freddy Stewart. She is survived by her husband, Clemon Measures of Winnsboro; son, Darrell Measures and wife Angela of Arlington; daughters, Kim King and husband Mike of Winnsboro, Tina Dublin and husband Robert of Bullard; brother, Randy Ferguson and wife Charlotte of Edge; grandchildren, Jason, Brittani and husband Jordan, Bryce and wife Kali, Lee and wife Sheila, Kyle and wife Ali, Makayla; great-grandchildren, Kaiden, Kyleigh, Addison, and Braelyn. Arrangements are under the direction of Beaty Funeral Home, 816 W. Broadway, Winnsboro, TX 75494, where visitation will be held on Thursday, November 1, 2012 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM; funeral services are scheduled for Friday, November 2, 2012 at 1:30 PM at the funeral home, interment will follow at Lee Cemetery in Winnsboro.
