Joanne Charlene White

JoAnne Charlene White passed away on Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at the age of 75. She was

born on September 19, 1935 to the late Glenn H. Adams and Elsie Grace Caine Adams. Mrs. White was a woman of many talents; member of the Winnsboro Humane Society, the Winnsboro League of the Arts and was the first woman to serve on the City Council of Dell Rapids, SD. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Steward Adams. Survivors include her husband of forty-one years, Mr. Bill White of Winnsboro; daughter, Elizabeth Chapman of Dallas TX; son Mark Clark Tampa, FL, sons and daughters-in-law, Adam and Dana Clark of Brandon, SD, Richard and Karen White of Austin, Brian and Mary White of Austin; daughters and sons-in-law, Marcia and Steve Stahly of Naples, FL, Sidney and Bruce Pudwill of Prior Lake, MN; and numerous grandchildren, and furry friends.
