Mr. Joe M. Martin, 78 of Winnsboro, passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2009 in Winnsboro. He was born on August, 13, 1930 in Pickton to the late Hiram Lovett and Lela Hamilton Martin. He was a retired dairy farmer. He is survived by two brothers, Ocie Martin of Rockwall, Arnold Martin of Menden, Louisana; one sister, Maudeen Durham of Monster, Texas; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
