Joe Arlon Murphy

Mr. Joe Arlon Murphy passed away on Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at the age of 77. He was born on February 19, 1933 in Haskel County to the late Doctor Franklin Murphy and Alta Faye Tibbs Murphy. Mr. Murphy was a truck driver and was a member of the Smyrna Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his son, Randy Murphy and sister, Hulen Whitworth. Survivors include his wife, Margaret Murphy of Watagua; sons and daughter-in-law, Terry Murphy of Carrolton, Neal and Carolyn Gregory of Arlington; daughter and son-in-law, Peggy and Terry Morrison of Keller; brother and sister-in-law, Odis and Ailene Murphy of Winnsboro; sisters and brothers-in-law, Louise and Kenneth Dickey of Winnsboro and Lula Belle and Dalton McMullen of Winnsboro; nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
