Joe Pat Jordan

Mr. Joe Pat Jordan passed away on Friday, July 4, 2008 at the age of 71. He was born on January 26, 1937 to the late Maurice Jordan and Zelena McClure Jordan. Mr. Jordan retire from Verizon and was also an electrician for thirty-seven years. He was a member of the Pine Forest United Methodist Church, served on the Como-Pickton School Board for twelve years, served on the Pine Forest Cemetery Association Board and was a founding member of the Pickton-Pine Forest Volunteer Fire Department where he served as the secretary/treasurer since it's creation in 1976. Survivors include his wife of fifty-two years, Mrs. Nell Ann Jordan of Pine Forest; son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Rhonda Jordan of Pine Forest; daughters and son-in-law, Carolyn and Terry Woolverton of League City and Sharon Carr of Mt.Vernon; ten grandchildren and one great grandchild.
