Joe Louis Sharper

Mr. Joe Louis Sharper, age 77, of Winnsboro, passed away on Sunday, April 2, 2017 in Winnsboro. Joe was born on August 26,1939 in Wood County to the late Quinnie and Mae Willie Alexander Sharper. Joe was retired from the City of Winnsboro, and a member of Macedonia Church of Christ. He is preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, and one sister. He is survived by his daughter, Threcee Sharper of Winnsboro; brother, James Sharper of Dallas; sisters, Helen Riley, Louise Grace, Molly Sharper; and two grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 6, 2017 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Beaty Funeral Home; funeral services will follow on Friday, April 7, 2017 at 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be at Sharon Cemetery in Winnsboro, with Andre Hare, Andrew Ivery, Donnie Duffey, Bobby Stephens, Freddie Jones, and Jimmy Evans serving as pallbearers.
