Jeb's early life was shaped by his experience as a military brat, moving frequently and living in many places across the country. After high school, Jeb played basketball at Jacksonville Baptist College in Jacksonville, Texas, where his size and athletic ability on the court earned him a place on the team. In addition to his professional life, Jeb was deeply committed to his recovery. Having celebrated 24 years of sobriety through the 12-step program with Narcotics Anonymous (NA), he was an inspiring figure to many. His compassionate spirit and dedication to helping others turned many lives around, and he will be remembered for the positive impact he had on the lives of countless individuals.

Jeb never met a stranger. His warmth, kindness, and infectious personality made him a beloved friend to all who knew him. He had a remarkable ability to make others feel welcome and valued, creating lasting bonds with everyone he encountered.

Jeb was preceded in death by his father, John Earl Bullock, Sr.; his son, Kris Willbanks; and his brother, Steven Bullock. He is survived by his beloved wife, Debbie Bullock; his mother, Dorothy Ann Bullock; daughters Laci Ann Smith, Krystal Rabb and husband Dale, and Laura Willbanks; his brother, Mark Bullock; mother-in-law Earlene Craver; brother-in-law, Rob Craver and wife Karen; his grandchildren, Izakk Willbanks, Aubrey Willbanks, and Gavin Willbanks; his nieces, Kristen Craver and Taylor Craver; and numerous friends who were like family to him.
