John Thomas Griffin

Mr. John Thomas Griffin, Jr. passed away on Thursday, January 16, 2014 at the age of 85. He was born on May 5, 1928 to the late John Thomas Griffin, Dr. and Mary Lou Peacock Griffin. Mr. Griffin was a member of the Winnsboro Church of Christ, and was retired from the Dallas Police Department. He also worked at Camp Deer Run, Wood County and the Winnsboro I.S.D. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Margie Marie Griffin of Winnsboro; sons, John Wesley Griffin of Mesquite and William David Griffin of Mesquite; daughter, Teresa Ann Griffin of Plano; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
