John Scott Griffith

Mr. John Griffith, age 56 of Winnsboro, passed away on Saturday, February 6th, 2016 in Tyler. He was born on February 7th, 1959 in Phillipsburg, KS., to Delbert Griffith and Marjorie Buckley Griffith. He worked as the Shear Department Supervisor for Priefert Manufacturing in Mt. Pleasant. He was preceded in death by brother, Don Griffith. He is survived by his loving wife, Sue (Sherwood) Griffith of Winnsboro; parents, Delbert and Marjorie Griffith of Wichita, KS.; son, Joshua David Griffith and wife Amber of Tulsa, OK.; step-children, Joshua Don Taylor and wife Lisa of Minco, OK., Brandy Nicole Johnson and husband Brian of Lindsey, OK.; sister, Barbara Pressley of Austin; grandchildren, Nash Griffith, Gunner Taylor, Ashlyn Taylor, Hunter Taylor, Kendrick Johnson, Reaganne Johnson. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, February 13th, 2016 at Pineview Baptist Church at 2:00 pm, Bro. Ronny Spence conducting.
