Johnnie Lovene Smith

Johnnie Lovene (Herndon) Smith, age 89, of Hawkins, Texas, died Monday, June 2, 2008, in Tyler, Texas. She was the daughter of the late James Herndon and the late Ollie (Burrows) Herndon. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, George Watt Smith. She is survived by her four sons and daughters-in-law, Ricky Smith and wife JoAnn of Hawkins, Texas, Kenneth Marshall Smith and wife Elizabeth of Rome, Texas, Ollie Eugene Smith and wife Kathy of Crum, Texas, George Brooks Smith and wife Allie of Sulphur, La.; eleven grandchildren; twenty-seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
