Joshua Palaschak

Joshua James Palaschak passed away on September 12, 2025, in Lindale, Texas, at the age of 29.

 Joshua was born on September 4th, 1996, in Alamogordo, New Mexico. He graduated from Alba Golden High School in 2015, where he played football and basketball for the Panthers. Joshua served in the U.S. Air Force from 2017 to 2021 as a Security Forces Specialist in the 90th Missile Security Forces Squadron, part of Nuclear Security Operations at F.E. Warren AFB. Joshua returned home to Texas and was most recently working as a Department Supervisor at Lowe's in Tyler, Texas. 

Joshua was a sports fanatic. He could watch almost any sport, especially his Denver Broncos. He enjoyed going to football games with his friends and family. He loved spending time with his family, his brother and his many nieces and nephews. He loved the outdoors and fishing and hunting. He was a good supervisor who valued his workplace friendships, the importance of hard work, and always striving to improve. Joshua is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Tags Richards, grandmother Kay Lynn Richards, grandfather Lawrence Edward Easthouse and his paternal grandfather, Daniel Palaschak.

 Joshua is survived by his mother, Patty Ann Easthouse & Donald Lee Easthouse, his father, Jason Jerome Palaschak, his siblings, Gregory Lee Easthouse and Lacey Easthouse, Lawrence Edward Easthouse and Kim Easthouse, Candyce Luna and Luke Luna, and Jerome Easthouse and Ginny Easthouse, his paternal great grandmother, Alpharetta Palaschak, his paternal grandmother, June McGowen, grandmother, Barbara Easthouse, his maternal aunt, Abra Lynn Richards, his uncles, Ronald and Carl Easthouse, his paternal aunts Nickie Frank, Robin Bailey, and uncle, Cory Matson, as well as his nieces and nephews, Brooklynn Easthouse, Cossette Luna, Logyn Cossey, Lilah Easthouse, Haizel Luna, Ronyn Easthouse, Mina Easthouse, Madden Easthouse, Leighton Easthouse, and Rio Luna. 

The service celebrating Joshua’s life will be at 3:00 PM, Friday September 19th, at Beaty Funeral Home, 5396 S. State Hwy 37, Mineola, TX, 75773
