He is survived by his wife, Virginia Santiago of Mineola; son, Gelacio Santiago of Mexico; daughters, Monica Santiago of Mexico, Juana Melo of Mineola, Maria Eugenia Palma of Mexico, Josefina Roman of Mineola, Monica Melo of Mesquite, Texas, Mary Santiago of Mineola, Yolanda Vigueras of Mineola; mother, Rosa Santiago of Mexico; three brothers, Marcelino Santiago of Mineola, Oliverio Santiago of Virginia and Benigno Santiago of Mexico; three sisters, Gloria Sanitago of Mexico, Sirenia Santiago of Mexico and Aurelia Santiago of Mexico; twenty-four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
