June Arlin Sansom

June Arlin Sansom, age 84, died Saturday, June 15, 2013 in Mineola, Texas. He was born on Saturday, May 4, 1929 in Gunter, Texas to the late John and Ola Sansom. He was a mechanic and served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Myrtle Sansom; an infant daughter, Donna Sansom; two brothers, Burnell Sansom and Leon Sansom; two sisters, Elenora Acry and Izella Mathis; and a granddaughter, Abigail Faith Overstreet.

He is survived by a son, Don Alexander of Austin, Texas; two daughters, Carla Morris and husband Tony of Winnsboro, Texas and Shirley Rohus and husband Burt of Mineola; a sister, Elizabeth Nadine Massey of Celina, Texas; thirteen grandchildren; and nineteen great-grandchildren.

Visitation for Mr. Sansom will be held on Friday, June 21, 2013 from 12:00 PM till 2:00 PM.

A Memorial Service will follow at 2:00 PM with Rev. Grady Dollar and Rev. Wren Foster officiating.
