Kathy L. Brown

Kathy Brown age 65, of Winnsboro, passed away on Sunday, December 20th, 2015, in Winnsboro . She was born on June 29th, 1950 in Chillicothe, Ohio, to the late Harry French and Virginia Downey French. She was a homemaker, and a member of the Winnsboro Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesess. She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister and two brothers. She is survived by her her husband, Alberto Ramirez of Winnsboro; daughter and son-in-law, Lisa Spence and husband Matthew of Winnsboro; two grandchildren, Mikayla and Liam Spence; three brothers and one sister. Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Smyrna Cemetery in Winnsboro, Mr. Steve Simpson officiating.
