Kenneth Chase Cooley

January 2, 1985 — September 29, 2024

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kenneth Chase Cooley, affectionately known as Chase and lovingly referred to as "Gotti Boy," on September 29, 2024. Born on January 2, 1985, in Dallas, Texas, Chase lived a life filled with passion, adventure, and love.

Chase was a devoted husband to Tyle Jacqlene Tonini, whom he married on July 15, 2017. Together, they created a warm and loving home in Leesburg, where they shared countless memories and cherished moments.

As an automotive technician, Chase poured his heart into his work, demonstrating both skill and dedication in his craft. His passion for cars was only rivaled by his fierce love for his friends and family. Chase was known for his unwavering loyalty, and his hobbies included fishing, playing guitar by the campfire, backroading with a cold beer, and teaching his kids how to be the best version of themselves.

Chase grew up rooted in faith and though he strayed from the path sometimes he always found his way back. His favorite scripture was Philippians 4:13 "I can do all things through Christ, who gives me strength."

He is preceded in death by grandfather Paul Nelson, grandmother Sandra Rodriguez, uncle Troy Nelson, and uncle Gary Cooley.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Tyle Cooley; his parents, Daryll Cooley and Stacey Lynn Nelson Cooley; his cherished children, McKenzie Newell of Forney, Bryce Laird of Ft. Worth, Juliana Gregory of Sunnyvale, Aiden Newell of Forney, and Elijah Carter of Mesquite; his sisters, Maddie Cooley and Ryan Stegall of Winnsboro, Callie Willeford and spouse Cayla Willis of Dallas; and his loving grandparents, Frances Nelson of Leesburg, Kenneth "Trataw" and Mary Jo Cooley of Duncanville, as well as many beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Chase leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Rest in peace, dear Chase. Your spirit will forever ride alongside us.
