Kenneth Ray Nelson

Mr. Kenneth Ray Nelson, age 71, of Winnsboro, Texas, died Saturday, January 5, 2008, at Trinity Mother Frances Hospital in Tyler, Texas. Mr. Nelson was retired from Vought Aircraft. He was the son of the late Charlie Nelson and the late Mary (McBride) Nelson. He was a member of the Mount Vernon VFW, a Lutheran, and a veteran of the United States Navy. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Juanita Nelson in 2005. He is survived by one daughter, Rose Nelson of Cedar Hill, Texas; five sons, Mr. Howard Turner and wife Nelda of Winnsboro, Texas, Michael Nelson and wife Lori of Lindale, Harry Turner and wife Linda of Ft. Worth, Homer Turner of Wichita Falls, Lon Turner, Sr. of Winnsboro; two sisters, Marilyn Dunn and husband Jack of Adkins, Texas, Carolyn Gauthier and husband Ray of LaBernia, Texas; one brother, Steve Nelson of Canyon Lake, Texas ;thirteen grandchildren
